1. Rental Agreement

By renting a storage unit or parking space from C&C Storage, you agree to the terms of the written lease provided at move-in, which take precedence over this summary in the event of any conflict.

Rentals are month-to-month with a 1-month minimum. Tenants must give at least 2 weeks' written notice before moving out.

2. Payments & Fees

Rent is due monthly on the date specified in your lease. Accounts more than 10 days past due may incur a late fee and are subject to entry restriction until the balance is resolved.

All fees, including administrative and lien fees, are disclosed in your lease agreement prior to signing.

3. Prohibited Items

Tenants may not store hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable items, or live animals, in any unit or vehicle space. C&C Storage reserves the right to inspect units suspected of policy violations in accordance with applicable law.

4. Insurance & Liability

Insurance is mandatory for every unit and vehicle space. Tenants must maintain coverage for stored property, either through their own homeowner's/renter's or vehicle policy, proof of another private insurer, or the insurance plan offered at move-in. C&C Storage cannot guarantee the safety of stored property and is not liable for loss or damage except where required by law.

5. Facility Access

Access hours vary by unit type and are listed in your lease and posted at the facility. Access may be suspended for accounts in default or during declared emergencies.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active leases will be communicated in writing prior to taking effect.
